Exhibitor Space:
All activities and events will take place at the Big Sky Resort, Big Sky, Montana. Indoor display space is available in the Gallatin portion of the Missouri Ballroom and the Upper and Lower Atrium in the Yellowstone Conference Center. Each exhibitor will receive a warm welcome; 8' x 24" draped and clothed table, pipe and draping for the exhibit space, electricity, one chair, small wastebasket and approximately 10' x 7' of exhibit space. Big Sky can accommodate 50+ vendors and all spaces will be awarded on a first-come/first-served basis. Mid-morning and mid-afternoon breaks and break out sessions will be held in the areas adjacent to exhibitor spaces for maximum interaction with conference participants. Outdoor space is also available just outside the exhibit area.
Exhibitor Set Up/Removal:
Exhibit set up begins Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at noon and continues until 8:30 am on Wednesday, September 12, 2007. Exhibit removal must be completed by noon on Friday, September 14, 2007.

Sustainable Exhibitor Practices
Keeping with the goals of the conference, we request exhibitors to provide consumable or recyclable freebies for attendees to cut down on the amount of waste generated at the conference. In addition, exhibitors may purchase carbon credits which offset the environmental footprint of travel and materials. Please visit our website for specific offsets we are recommending.
Auction/Raffle:
Vendors spend time and money to come to conferences. We recognize this by promoting increased interaction between vendors and participants. We encourage all vendors to donate to a raffle prize or silent action item. We will develop interaction mechanisms to get participants to come to your booths to become eligible for raffle prizes. Your companys donation will be prominently noted at the silent auction tables and at the raffle drawing.
Sponsors:
Sponsors will receive recognition in the conference program. Sponsors are needed for break-out sessions, breaks and meals. Event sponsorship will be assigned on a first-come/first-served basis. Sponsors who contribute more than $1000 are entitled to an exhibitor space (upon request) as well as sponsorship recognition. Please complete both the sponsorship and the exhibitor registration forms if this is your preference.
Exhibitor Fees:
Early vendor registration of $500 has been extended to September 1st. After that Exhibitor fees are $600. Fees include all necessary set up (noted above), electricity, meals, and registration in the conference for one person. Additional persons can be accommodated for $200 each. Guests may accompany conference registrants to meals, tours, the banquet and reception.

Lodging & Meals:
Meals are included in your exhibitor fee and feature local sustainable produce. Lodging reservations must be individually made by calling Big Sky Resort at 800-548-4486. Yellowstone Greening Conference block rates are available until August 11, 2007. There are several rates based on the level of accommodations you request.
